CSME Focal Point Attachment Programme - Directorate General for Foreign Trade Belize
Within the framework of the Eleventh European Development Fund (EDF) program, specifically the "Strengthening the Framework of CARICOM Integration and Cooperation Process" (SFCICP) Programme, the European Union (EU) - acting as the principal funding agency - is working in close partnership with the CARICOM Secretariat to oversee the CSME Focal Point Attachment Programme. This attachment initiative forms an integral part of the Secretariat's comprehensive work plan, strategically designed to advance the Caribbean Single Market and Economy (CSME). During their visit, Focal Points engaged with key government departments and authorities responsible for critical aspects of CSME implementation, such as the movement of goods, services, skills, right of establishment, and capital.
